Can I get an insurance for my BZEN Bike?

Yes. Through our partnership with Laka, eligible BZEN customers can take out optional bicycle insurance. Depending on the cover selected, it can protect your BZEN e-bike and eligible accessories against theft, accidental damage and vandalism. There is no excess or depreciation on bike claims, and no annual contract.

As part of the BZEN × Laka offer, eligible customers receive 60 days of Laka insurance free, with no obligation to continue afterwards. If you select this option when ordering, Laka will contact you by email to activate your cover.

Insurance is optional and separate from your BZEN purchase. It is provided and administered by Laka, which determines eligibility, coverage and claims according to its current terms and conditions.
