BZEN e-bikes are built with premium, standard components from established brands like Shimano, Bafang and Continental, so qualified independent bike shops can handle regular servicing and source parts for repairs. For warranty-covered work and dedicated BZEN support, we recommend a certified BZEN partner – our growing service network already includes more than 60 partners.
